ORT Rotary Table Bearings — The Precision Heart of Advanced CNC Machinery
CNC machine tool performance ultimately depends on rotary table precision. At the center of high-performance rotary tables stands the ORT series bearing—engineered to maintain performance through demanding cutting cycles.
What makes ORT bearings unique
The ORT series integrates a thrust/radial bearing ring, a thrust washer, two needle roller and cage assemblies, and a radial cylindrical roller set. This triple-row arrangement—two axial roller rows and one radial roller row—provides high axial and radial load capacities, high tilt rigidity, and exceptional rotational accuracy.

We manufacture the comprehensive ORT series covering multiple performance variants: ORT Standard (general-purpose high-precision rotary applications), ORTS High-Speed (optimized geometry enabling higher speed limits than standard while retaining identical external dimensions), ORTM with Integrated Measuring System (measurement accuracy up to 1 arc second), and OKLDF (bidirectional thrust angular contact ball bearings for precise axial load handling).
Technical specifications
ORT bearings are pre-greased and pre-adjusted with clearance eliminated for ready-to-install delivery. Mounting screw holes are evenly distributed on both housing and shaft washers.
Available sizes cover the full range from YRT50 (50mm bore) up to YRT1200 (1200mm bore) for large-scale rotary applications.

ORT series bearings are ideal for high-precision CNC rotary tables, dividing heads, swiveling milling heads, direct-drive motor rotary axes, and research measurement equipment requiring arc-second positioning accuracy.
Our bearings are manufactured to P5, P4, and P2 precision grades with outer diameters from φ20mm to φ2500mm. Each unit is pre-greased, clearance-free, and ready for immediate installation.
